Your teams will learn how to measure the value delivered to customers and identify the bottlenecks preventing faster flow. Learn why you should care about managing the flow and quality of your software. You’ll discover how to better prioritise resources across different types of work.

FLOW CONSULTING

Organise for optimal flow. Flow Consulting provides you with expert guidance in optimising flow in your context. We can work with you to:

  • Address the human and operational aspects of flow optimisation (team topology)
  • Create a roadmap for fully implementing metrics including designing a proof of concept to show value
  • Take actions to resolve systemic issues

Ballpark pricing and timing as follows…

  • Flow Illuminator: $25k (AU$) for up to three teams (plus a fixed fee for setup and tool integration). $3-5k (AU$) for each extra team depending on data quality and technical environment. Engagement is approximately 2-4 weeks.

  • Flow Essentials: Contact us. We can organise venue, catering if required. Or we can hold it at your place. A bespoke service based on the size and complexity of your value stream.
